I'm not a coffee drinker but knew I had to try the turkish coffee while i'm here. After an hour at the spice market our guide took us through an alleyway to a tiny little coffee stand. It's unfiltered coffer which some of the fine ground at the top. At first sip i didn't think i would finish it. All you tasted were the grounds. Then it starts to clear and you get a nice string taste of coffee. You don't add cream or sugar. A little cup but it perked us up!
